Mossaic Partners ("Mossaic", "we") is a technology firm based in Mexico City, Mexico. This notice describes how we collect and use personal information when you interact with mossaic.mx.

Data we collect.
When you book a call or fill out the form, we collect: name, business email, company, role, phone (optional), industry, team size, estimated budget, AI status, timeline, and the open-text answers you share (problems, goals). We also store your appointment date and timezone. For analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 with standard cookies.
How we use the data.
Only to respond to your request, schedule and conduct the discovery call, and to follow up if we decide to work together. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Third-party access.
Google Calendar and Gmail (to create and send calendar invitations), Google Analytics (for aggregated, anonymous site traffic). None of them have access to your discovery answers beyond the internal notification email.
Retention.
Call-related data: up to 24 months after last contact. If you decide not to work with us, you can request deletion at any time.
Your rights.
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your data (ARCO rights). To exercise them, write to us at emanuel@mossaic.mx.
